An existing Chili’s franchised restaurant operating for more than 25 years in a Beirut neighborhood had to relocate less than 200 m away on the same avenue. Designing and building a new standalone restaurant with an entire contemporary look was the goal. Its interior design had to relate to the old restaurant scheme. Restaurant’s specs had to be updated according to the latest branding of the franchise (Brinker’s).  Know-how of local craftsmen and contractors was proven highly efficient. Recycling of existing items was one of the main concerns. To build with the catastrophic situation of the country was a huge challenge . All decisions were to be permanently reassessed, alternatives solutions for most components and materials were to be found.

Achieved on December 2021, the restaurant became a wide public success since.
